What happens to the data you enter on this website — short, and without the small print.

MCR Services doesn't use cookies, visitor statistics or advertising trackers. The only personal data we process is the data you enter yourself in the contact or parts request form. That goes straight to us by email and isn't stored anywhere else.
MCR Services, based in Winterswijk, the Netherlands, is responsible for the processing of personal data as described in this privacy policy.
Through the contact form and the parts request form, we ask for:
When a form is submitted, your IP address and the time of submission are also automatically included in the email. This is solely to help recognise abuse and spam, not to track visitors.
Solely to respond to your request: booking an appointment, preparing a quote, or answering your question. We don't use your data for marketing, don't sell it, and don't share it with third parties, except where we're legally required to.
A submitted form is sent immediately by email to info@mcrservices.nl and is not stored anywhere on the website or in a database. The data then remains in that mailbox for as long as needed to handle your request and to meet any administrative or tax obligations.
This website doesn't place cookies and doesn't use visitor statistics, advertising trackers or similar techniques. No cookie notice is therefore needed.
The only technical measure on the forms is an invisible "honeypot" field that's only filled in by automated spam software, not by people. That field doesn't register or store anything — it just stops spam messages from being sent through.
The website is only reachable over a secure connection (https). Form data is sent directly from the server to our mailbox, with no stop at a third party in between.
